What happens if my pet gets anxious during the nail trim?

Our team is experienced in handling pets of all temperaments. We will do our best to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for your pet.

Do you offer any discounts?

Rather than offering discounts, we offer a single low rate to keep prices as affordable as possible while still providing our crew a livable wage.

Is the nail trim done in a van?

Services are performed on the front porch of homes & we do not go inside homes. Not only do many of our furry clients have vehicle anxiety, but pets can become anxious by strange spaces & foreign environments. We keep things to a minimum by eliminating as many possible stressors from the nail trim experience.

How long is the appointment?

Appointments for 1 pet are no longer than 10 minutes. Short appointment times help reduce pet anxiety.

Which payments do you accept?

We accept debit & credit cards at the appointment. Our nail techs can accept cash tips. We do not offer invoicing or cash payment for services. 

How can I prepare for the appointment?

Make sure your pet has eliminated before the appointment. If you're not on your porch when the nail tech arrives, you'll receive an "I'm here" text message. For food-motivated dogs, we encourage the use of treats or a peanut butter lick mat for distraction. Have your pet's harness properly fitted & not overly loose to prevent escape.

Do you offer monthly appointments?

Yes, we do! Our recurring appointments are every 4 weeks on the same day of the week. Check the "recurring" box during the booking process or let your tech know at your appointment if you'd like to enroll.
