Appointment Guidelines

We provide calm, stress-free mobile nail care for both relaxed and anxious pets. For nervous pets, we take a slow, patient approach and build comfort over multiple visits, never forcing or causing trauma. Many pets need a few gentle sessions to feel confident, and that’s completely normal.
Monthly visits are not required, but we strongly recommend them for anxious pets, as consistency helps create lasting comfort and trust.

What to Expect

Location

• Services are performed on the front porch or similar outdoor area

No home entry, backyards, or gated areas

• Apartments: meet at the front office

• Gate codes must be provided when booking

We provide nail care only — no full grooming or bathing services

Arrival

Appointments include a ±30-minute arrival window (example: 10:30 AM = 10:00–11:00 arrival)

• Please be home and ready when we arrive

We do not knock — we’ll text on arrival

No same-day address changes — please verify your address after booking

Your Pet

• Pets must be leashed with a secure fit

• One pet handled at a time

• Visits are kept short to reduce anxiety

• Pets should potty before the appointment

Lick mats recommended for food-motivated dogs

No physical corrections during visits (no hitting, leash pops, etc.)

Payment

Card or tap-to-pay only (card must be physically present)

• No cash payments for services (cash tips welcome)

• No invoicing

Safety

• Muzzles required for bite-risk dogs

• Pets with visible flea infestations cannot be serviced

• For very anxious or reactive pets, visits may shift to a Happy Visit

• Some anxious pets may need multiple visits to build trust

Cancellations

• Full price applies for cancellations under 24 hours, no-shows, or unprepared clients

• Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled
