We feel strongly about providing gentle care and support, especially for pets who feel anxious about nail trims. Building trust takes time, which is why we go slow and steady with nervous pets. By creating positive nail trim experiences, we aim to make nail care more pleasant.
Services performed at the front porch of homes.
There is no entry inside homes, backyards, or gated areas.
For apartments, we meet at the front office to perform nail trims.
No same-day address changes.
The address will be confirmed via auto text after booking; please verify carefully.
Your level of involvement is up to you.
Pets must be leashed.
Ensure a secure harness/leash to prevent escapes.
Appointments are kept short to reduce anxiety.
For food-motivated dogs, we suggest using a peanut butter lick mat for distraction.

Debit and credit cards accepted (card must be physically present).
Cash tips are welcome.
No invoicing or cash payment for services.
Please have pets use potty before the appointment.
Be ready at the porch when we arrive.
We do not knock on doors.
Be home during the appointment window (+/- 30 minutes).
Recurring 4-week appointments are available at a $5 lower rate.
Appointment adjustments may occur due to route changes.
One pet at a time for safety.
Dogs with a bite risk must be muzzled.
Full price is due for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, no-shows, or unprepared clients.
We cannot service aggressive pets or extreme cases without sedation.
Building trust takes time; high-anxiety pets may need multiple visits.
We are not responsible for property damage or damage caused by your pet.
For dangerous or extreme cases, we may adjust the appointment to a more comfortable “happy visit.”
For safety, we do not enter homes—please respect this policy.
Services may be canceled if our team feels unsafe or unwelcome.
