As the owner, she runs the company and oversees all client communication, scheduling, and route management, ensuring every pet is paired with the right technician and supported through a steady, stress-free routine. Her approach sets the tone for the entire team.

Heather has 13 years of experience in pet care and has been with Pawdicure for 3 years. She oversees technician training and consistency across both cities, bringing steady behavioral insight and calm problem-solving to every case. She’s especially skilled at guiding handling methods for dogs who struggle with touch or restraint.

Brady has 6 years of experience working with pets and joined Pawdicure in 2023. His patient, steady energy and light-hearted warmth help nervous or high-energy dogs settle quickly. He’s especially good with wiggly, overstimulated dogs who need calm guidance to stay grounded.

We hire slowly and only bring on people with a minimum of five years of animal-care experience. Every technician goes through:
Minimum 5 years of animal-care experience, multi-step interview, hands-on assessment, OSCN check, driving-record check, and verified animal-care history.
Species-specific handling, behavior and body-language training, low-stress techniques, OSHA training, supervised sessions, and pacing work for anxious pets.
Calm body language, predictable movement, and gentle, no-pressure handling every single visit.
