Sydnie has over 15 years of experience in the pet-care industry and saw firsthand how many anxious pets struggled during nail trims, especially in busy, high-stress environments. She built Pawdicure to solve that problem through quiet handling, predictable routines, and low-pressure techniques that help nervous animals succeed without force or overwhelm. As the owner, she runs the company and oversees all client communication, scheduling, and route management, ensuring every pet is paired with the right technician and supported through a steady, stress-free routine. Her approach sets the tone for the entire team.

Heather has 14 years of experience in pet care and has been with Pawdicure since 2022. She oversees technician training and consistency across both cities, bringing steady behavioral insight and calm problem-solving to every case. She’s especially skilled at guiding handling methods for dogs who struggle with touch or restraint. Heather also works at our Tulsa Walk-In Boutique.

Brady has 7 years of experience working with pets and joined Pawdicure in 2023. Confident, outgoing, and full of personality, he brings plenty of humor and energy to every appointment. He’s always joking and making people laugh, while his experienced handling helps wiggly and high-energy dogs successfully get through their trims.

Nacona has 9 years of experience working with pets and has been with Pawdicure since 2023. She is kind, friendly, and a little more reserved, with a naturally sweet and gentle presence. Her patient, observant approach helps nervous or reactive pets feel safe while they build trust at their own pace.

Ashli has 21 years of experience trimming nails and has been with Pawdicure since 2023. Confident, highly skilled, and exceptionally knowledgeable, she has extensive experience with dog behavior, nail care, grooming, and pet products. Ashli has never met a stranger. Her bubbly, talkative personality and strong, capable handling help both pets and their people feel immediately at ease.

She brings a cheerful, reassuring energy to every appointment and gently talks pets through each step of their nail trim. Always smiling, bubbly, and incredibly kind, Jessie has a naturally sweet way of helping both pets and their people feel comfortable.

Exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and full of energy, she has never met a stranger and can connect with just about anyone.
